❓ When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Free Shipping: 4–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or regulatory requirements.

❓ What if my order is damaged or contains broken, incorrect, or missing item(s)?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

❓ What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers available at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by third-party payment processors.

Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

❓ Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value required to place an order on Future Bourbon.

However, certain promotions or free shipping offers may require a minimum purchase amount.

❓ Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout where required by law.

The tax amount depends on your shipping address and applicable state or local regulations.

❓ When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

❓ Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. Our website uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure payment gateways, to protect your personal and payment information.

Future Bourbon does not store full credit card details on our servers.

❓ Where is the card security code located on my credit card?

The card security code (CVV) is:

  • A 3-digit number on the back of most credit cards

  • A 4-digit number on the front of American Express cards

This code helps protect against unauthorized transactions.

❓ Which U.S. states do you ship to?

We ship to most eligible U.S. states where alcohol delivery is permitted by law.

At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico and certain restricted locations.

Shipping availability may vary by state or ZIP code due to alcohol regulations. Orders placed in restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.

❓ Which countries do you ship to?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Future Bourbon ships within the United States only.

We are continually reviewing our shipping capabilities and may expand service areas in the future.

❓ Do I have to sign for my package?

Yes. Due to alcohol shipping regulations, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.

The recipient must present valid identification confirming legal drinking age.

❓ Do you ship to businesses?

Yes, we can ship to business addresses where alcohol delivery is permitted and an adult signature is available at the time of delivery.

Please ensure someone aged 21 or older is available to sign for the package.

❓ Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to carrier and alcohol delivery restrictions.

A valid residential or business street address is required.

❓ What happens if I am unavailable to sign for my package?

If no eligible adult is available to sign:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery

  • The package may be held at a local carrier facility

  • The order may be returned to the sender

Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for returned packages.

❓ Can I cancel or return my order? Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Lost shipments
